DigitalCommons@WOU User's Guide

This guide provides information about DigitalCommons@WOU, Western Oregon University's digital repository for collecting, managing, preserving and providing access to the research and scholarship of the WOU community.

For your convenience, faculty research is deposited by Hamersly Library staff to DigitalCommons@WOU. Please contact us with any questions.

Before you send us your research, please read the following:

► The article must meet the terms of any agreement you signed with a publisher regarding versions that can be archived in an institutional repository (DigitalCommons@WOU). Most publishers prefer that authors deposit the Accepted Manuscript -- the final version you send to the publisher after your article has been through the peer review process. Some publishers allow the publisher's version (final, typeset pdf) to be deposited in an institutional repository. You can check the SHERPA/RoMEO database for your journal/publisher's preferences or contact us for assistance.

► Please read the DigitalCommons@WOU Licensing Agreement.
