Willamette Promise - Research Guide for Open Access Resources : Home

Many libraries and schools are closed through the end of the 2019/2020 Academic Year making access to academic research limited. This guide highlights a few open access resources for finding academic articles and books during this time so you may find quality sources to support your projects. This guide covers: Finding Articles, Finding Books, Advanced Google Searching, and Citation Guides. Each resource will open up in a new tab and will include How-To PDFs on using each resource. The How-To guides will open in a pop-up box.

FINDING BOOKS 

undefinedThe National Emergency Library, a collection of books that supports emergency remote teaching, research activities, independent scholarship, and intellectual stimulation while universities, schools, training centers, and libraries are closed. You must create a free account to access books. You can read books online or download a copy for 14 days. To download books you must have Adobe Digital Editions installed on your device.
