Box Plot (Box and Whisker Plot)
Definition: A graph that displays the distribution of numerical data by showing the quartiles, median, and potential outliers.
When to Use: Use box plots to compare the distributions of multiple datasets. They are effective at showing the spread, median, and presence of outliers in each dataset. They are also useful for identifying skewness.

VIDEO WATCHING TIPS: Embedded videos will start at a lower resolution (making the video seem blurry) but typically improve in 10-15 seconds. Once the video is playing you can also select to watch at a higher resolution by selecting the gear icon, the quality drop down menu, then 720p. For a clear video you can also watch on YouTube.
