Off-Campus Access to Databases and Online Resources?
Subscription databases and some online sites are only available to WOU students, faculty and staff. An individual's Pawprint username and password authorizes access to the restricted links. Searching in the catalog, Summit, library Web pages, and most external links are available to everyone.
The library has a brand new walk-up scanner! It is located behind the information desk on the first floor. It allows for immediate scanning (no log-in necessary) to PDF (including word-searchable PDF), JPG, PNG, rich text, and …audio file! Yes, it will take text and convert it to a computer-read mp3 file.

The Digital Production Studio, in room 201 in Hamersly Library, has equipment ready to use for self-service video or audio production and editing. Reservations can be made with the Information Desk (contact info below). The studio is locked at all times; borrow the key from the Checkout Desk.
