The Friends of the Hamersly Library includes everyone who has supported the library. Wayne and Lynn Hamersly are considered to be the library's first friends, and they are joined by the many generous donors who raised the initial funds to build the Hamersly Library. All members of the community of people who care about the Hamersly Library are considered to be Friends of the Library are considered to be Library Friends, including library employees and volunteers.
