Music Instrument Lending

Starting Fall 2025, the Creative Arts Division partners with the Library to manage music instrument lending. BUT! Do not come to Hamersly to get an instrument. 

1. Request an instrument with the form below.
2. Watch for an email notice to pick it up (want a text message, too?) [link].
3. Bring your WOU ID card to Campbell Hall 1xx, the Art Department office, Mondays-Friday [hours]. This office handles instrument checkout, returns, and problems.

The instrument will be listed on your My Library account. Loans are for the full current term. As you register for next-term classes, the Library will push the instrument due date forward. If you do not register for next-term classes, the instrument loan will come due.
