This page will provide you with instructions on downloading those statistics for you permanent records.
There are several ways to access statistics in DigitalCommons@WOU. Most of them start by logging into DigitalCommons@WOU and then heading to the Dashboard.
Once you're at the Dashboard use the dropdown boxes to do the following: 1. Select the collection name. 2. Select all the works within the collection. 3-4. Select the time period ("All Time"). 5. Check the "Include collected content" box. 6. Click on "Apply".
Once you're at the Dashboard use the dropdown boxes to do the following: 1. Select "Digital Commons@WOU. 2. Enter the title of the item. 3-4. Select the time period ("All Time"). 5. Check the "Include collected content" box. 6. Click on "Apply".
Make sure you've followed the "General Instructions" before you begin downloading statistics.
Select the "Usage Reports" tab on the left side of the page.
Select the "Include collected content" button.
Select the "Include additional files" button.
Select the "Generate Report" button.
"Download Counts" show the number of times a file has been downloaded (saved to a computer).

You will then see a screen like the one below. Make sure you select the correct settings and then click the "Email me the report" button.
You will then receive an email with a link to the report.
PlumX Metrics provide insights into the ways people interact with individual pieces of research output (articles, conference proceedings, book chapters, and many more) in the online environment. Examples include Facebook posts, tweets, or news mentions. PlumX Metrics offer a simple way to access downloads as well as other social media activity.
Make sure you've followed the "General Instructions" before you begin downloading statistics.
Choose the PlumX tab on the left side of the page.
Set the number of entries (items) to "100". If there are 100 or fewer items, all items will be listed on the page. If you have more than 100 items, the first 100 will be listed on the page, the second 100 will be listed on the next page, and so on.
Click the "Export" button. You will be prompted to save the csv file.
