Thank you to Duke University for graciously allowing re-use of some of the content from their guide.

What you'll need

Setting everything up before downloading the first time takes some effort. It gets easier once you've set it up.

At minimum, you'll need:

  • to be signed in to ebrary, EBL, Ebsco, or Overdrive
  • an Adobe ID
  • an app to read PDFs or DRM protected epub documents (authorized using your Adobe ID)

You may also need:

  • to download a different browser on your phone/tablet.
  • to download and install Adobe Digital Editions on your computer.
